  Wish I would have never found this place. How do they even still have a business? Well I know I will definitely NOT be a returning customer! We bought a refrigerator last year and still have not been able to use it, it doesn't cool properly. All of our food went to waste and the staff doesn't seem to really care that we have been without a refrigerator for months and they are really difficult to get in touch with, called numerous of times with no answer. We have been really patient and understanding. They supposedly have had trouble with their technicians, and when WE were finally able to get the refrigerator to them and still waited several weeks for them to repair it, we picked it up and STILL have the same problem. And GUESS WHAT?! No one seems to be by the phones so we can let them know that our refrigerator is still not working properly. This has been going on too long and no one seems to be worried about dissatisfied customers, which leads me to believe that I can't trust any other appliance from this place or the people.
