  We had our bathtub taken out and replaced with a shower, after speaking with Steven in October and being promised call backs several times, the work was finally started in December it was not completed correctly to this date - We talked to Steven several times as well as with Coy (over the contractor) to make sure there would be 2 controls for the shower as I'm shorter than my husband we came home( we drive an 18-wheeler and had to rely on the work being done while we were working) to find only 1 control on the dual shower heads and the shower was leaking! We couldn't even use the shower. We called the installer (Justin) who came out that night to correct the leak so we could at least use part of the shower but were told there was only 1 control ordered! We called Steven again and he told Justin there was only 1 control ordered - this was not true! We asked Justin if he would be able to install another control as I am unable to reach the control - Justin (who is 6 ft tall) was also having trouble reaching the control! We are very disappointed after spending over $6,000 they have not come out to do a walk through with us after we came home nor have they contacted us back for the problems we have with the shower! We are extremely disappointed with the what we spent that much money to have it done right and it's still not right! Spend your money elsewhere, they don't stand behind what they say no matter what happens even when they say they are recording the conversation!!
