  I called the shop yesterday (11/14/2017) and spoke with the shop “manger” he was very rude. I asked him why was he charging me $13 per spark plug when Napa and Autozone had them listed on their website for $7.99 and his exact words were “well if you don’t like the prices you can take your car to another shop” to me that was rude and unprofessional. I then approved the extreme mark up for the parts, and told him I will bring the car in for repairs. When I got up there first thing the next morning 8:45am 11/15/2017 he quickly told me that “ I’m extremely busy and I can’t get to your car today. I was so upset from his unprofessional ways I quickly remembered how rude he was to me on the phone the day before, and I addressed it. After we exchanged heated words he then called the owner of this shop and told me to get out. Very rude and unprofessional business practices here, so I won’t be going back and encourage everybody else to stay far away. P.S. if I could have gave 0 stars I would have.
